Related-parties disclosure relates entirely to the key management of DSM, being represented by the Managing Board and Supervisory Board of DSM.
The total remuneration (including pension expenditures and other commitments) of the members of the Managing Board amounted to €3.8 million (2006: €4.4 million). This includes fixed annual salary to the amount of €2.7 million (2006: €2.3 million), bonuses to the amount of €1.0 million (2006: €1.6 million), no pension expenditure due to pension discount by the Pension Fund (2006: €0.4 million), and other items to the amount of €0.1 million (2006: €0.1 million). Members of the Supervisory Board received a fixed remuneration (included in Other operating costs) totaling €0.3 million (2006: €0.3 million).
